RETURNS

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s), you have the right to cancel the order within 14 days. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Refunds can only be issued in the same form as payment, wthin one month after the purhcase. Replacements can be arranged within one year. Costs of delivery and return are non-refundable. 

In the unlikely event of the product(s) found to be faulty after 14-day period you have the right to return it back to us for free replacement. 

Prior to returning a product(s), you have to contact us at info@pwr-plus.com  You the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we, the supplier will be responsible for the cost of returning them to you. You the customer will be responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item.
