What services do you use?
We use USPS First Class, Priority, Express , International First Class, Canada Post (for shipments to Canada, / dispatched from Ontario).
All purchases over $200 will be shipped via USPS Priority or UPS with signature confirmation and insurance included in the price of shipping. Please allow additional time for delivery during holidays/weekends.
What are your delivery times?
Packages collected from our warehouse Monday to Friday. USPS FC orders normally take 2-5 business days to arrive, USPS Priority 2-3 days. Next day delivery orders are delivered the next business day, when shipped on Friday the order will normally be delivered on Monday. Saturday deliveries are subject to your local post office schedule. Canada shipments take 3-10 business days. International packages take 2-4 weeks.
What is your order handling time?
Up to 24 hours, normally orders made after 2pm will be dispatched the next business day.
May I pick up my order from your warehous?
Unfortunately, due to high workload we do not practice collections.
I have received shipping notification but the order never came.
If the item has not been received after a period of 14 days please send us a message firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a replacement item to be sent.
I have received shipping notification but the order was returned to you.
This does not happen often, however when it does it is usually because of incorrect address or delivery issues that are not under our control. Unfortunately we will have to charge you for second delivery attempt.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
I have received my order but the item is incompatible.
If the product you ordered is incompatible we will be glad to either provide a replacement or issue refund. Replacement items can only be sent, or refund can only be given after the returned product is returned back to us.
The product is faulty – can I return it?
Aboslutely. You are covered for up to 24 months (12 months for batteries)
I have received my order but I no longer need it.
Unwanted goods can be returned for refund for any reason within 30 days.
How do I request refund / replacement / return goods to you?
Sending items back is easy – please send us a message to email@example.com and we will reply with all the necessary information. We require returned goods to be sent via a trackable shipping service, such as USPS Priority.
How good is your warranty?
Does my AC adapter come with the power cord?
Yes, all Ac adapters that we sell come with the US ac power cord. Total cord length is usually extend to provide better usability.
How can I be sure I’m buying the right adapter?
Please double check volt/amp settings of your original AC adapter. AC adapter voltage deviation should be no more than 5%. If, for example, required voltage is 19v, AC adapter with voltage from 18.05v to 19.95v will do the job. Amperage value should equal or exceed original – if your laptop / tablet needs 3.42a and AC adapter is 4.7a there is no danger – the laptop will take only as much as it needs, 3.42a.
